General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, I suspect low hemoglobin (anemia) as cause of chronic headache rather than migraine. My guidelines at present:
- Iron supplements through diet and medicines
- Tablet acetaminophen or paracetamol after meals
- Avoidance of stress and anxiety
- Maintain regular sound sleep of 7 hours
- Avoid smoking, alcohol or abuse drugs if used

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
