Suggest Treatment For Mild UTI With Fever And Chills
My sister is 23 year old.she s having mild UTI with fever and chills since 2 days. her urine analysis shows 25-30 rbc nd some pus cells.wbc- 2-4.Urine is clear . her periods date was on 25 th of this month.now periods started. is there any problem in her urine analysis?

Hi,
It seems that she might be having mild urinary tract infection as she is having fever with chills.
Having pus cells 2-4 is not significance but as she is having fever she might require one course of antibiotic medicine like Ofloxacilin for 5 days.
Having RBC 25-30 might be due to starting of her period.
Give her plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
