Suggest Treatment For Mild Anterior Indentation Of Thecal Sac
I am a 42 year old female...My Xray Cervical Spine-AP & Lateral view reads
1.Cervical Lordosis Maintained
2.C 4-5 DIsc level shows mild anterior indentation of thecal sac by C4 Vertebral osteophyte
3.Spinal Canal and Posterior Neural arch are normal
4.Pre- & Para Vertebral Soft Tissue shadows are normal
And the impression is MILD C4-5 DISC LEVEL BULGE
Lipid profile reveals
Serum cholestrol 222mg/dl
HDL 75mg/dl
LDL 130mg/dl
VLDL 17mg/dl
TGL 87mg/dl
Please advise me whats next ?
