Suggest Treatment For Mild Anxiety, Headaches, Pressure In Head And Fatigue
Hey I m a20 year old male I have mild anxiety and I know what that is and how to deal with but recently I have gotton head pressure fatigue headaches and I feel durry I can t think I forget everything and my speech is all jumbled up any ideas help!! Cheers

Your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety. I suggest to have a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy, drink liquids and exercise daily. I also suggest psychotherapy to treat the anxiety. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Tylenol for the headache.
