Suggest Treatment For Mild Cuff Tendinosis After An Injury

i fell down a flight of stairs... had MRI done and I have a 2.2 x 2.0cm paralabral cyst located in the anteroinferior aspect. emanating from the anteroinferior labrum secondary to a tear and mild cuff tendinosis with no rotator cuff tear. I am still in a lot of pain after having therapy. should I consider sugery at this point?
