Suggest Treatment For Mild Diastolic Dysfunction

I was diagnosed with mild Diastolic Dysfunction in 2008. I recently moved to Nevada after living in the east coast for three years. It has been a little hard to breath as well as walking ling distances. I have been feeling nauseas as well. Is Could this be a sign that the Diastolic Dysfunction is getting worse? And should I have the doctor check to see if it s worse or has turned to Diastolic Heart Failure

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Hard to breath and walking long distances indicate possible compromise with cardiac functioning and coronary circulation inducing ischemia and secondary events. Kindly get a recent EKG, 2 D echo of the heart for best possible evaluation and further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
