Suggest Treatment For Mild Dysphagia

I have mild dysphagia and pain right side spine processes of cervical vertebra since one year my all investigations including ct mri Xrays biopsy are normal only positive finding is elongated styloid process both sides. Please tell me diagnosis and treatment.

If those elongated styloid process causes prolong and severe dysphagia, you may need intervention. Otherwise, you don’t.
