Suggest Treatment For Mild Fever And Chills

I have had a mild fever off and on for the last 3 days with little or no other symptoms. This first night I had chills and muscle ache, and a fever of 100.3. The next day I was very lethargic with a fever off and on. At the worse it was 101.3. On the third day I had energy and little or no fever; cleaned the house and now today I have a mild fever, 99.9, and have no appetite and very lethargic. Is this just a common cold.
