Well I have had severe fun going back to see family in Arkansas. When I has back there I thought my RA was flaring up. Not the case. Been hurting all over. Low grade temp, dull pain in joint can t sit for long periods or stand. Pain is every day alln

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to rheumatoid arthritis.

For further assessment kindly do complete hemogram, RA factor, anti ANA after rheumatologist consultation.

Till then you can take tablet acetaminophen. Avoid strenuous activity. Avoid squatting position.

Take diet rich in calcium and balanced diet
