Suggest Treatment For Mild Leg Pain

Hi just wondering I've had a dull achey pain in my left leg. For over a week now. Running down my thigh knee and down to the shin. This is constant but gets worse when resting. Also I've began to feel pain in my left arm at night too. Just wondering should I visit the doctor or physiotherapist. Many thanks.
