Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have ligament injuries or meniscus tear. You should go for MRI knee. It will give you exact idea about injury and grade of injury as well as treatment line up. Minor injuries can be treated conservatively by rest and immobilisation and physiotherapy.

Major soft tissue injuries need arthroscopic surgery. So go for MRI and plan accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
