Hi,

Strict blood glucose control is the primary Rx for preventing neuropathy if you already have it then, it's better you should take B complex tablets along with Tab Magnesium 500mg for 2-3 months and Tab. Pregabalin 75 for 15 days, (some people experience nausea, giddiness, stomach upset with this), inj. Cynocobalamin on alternate days for 5 doses. All these medications are to be taken after consulting a local registered medical practitioner in your area. Avoid oily food, take plenty of vegetables and water. Use soft slippers.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Samiulla Shariff, Orthopedic Surgeon
