Suggest Treatment For Mildly Ectatic Aorta, Depression And Anxiety

My 43 year old husband has been having heart flutters followed by burps several times a day. He has high BP even with meds. Suffers from depression and anxiety. He has had triglyceride levels of an alcoholic, but never drinks that are now controlled with meds. His cholesterol is also high. He recently had an EKG that showed his heart was off by 2 atrial beats, a deviation from the axis, and a chest X-ray that showed mildly ecstatic aorta. How serious is this?
