Suggest Treatment For Minimal Degenerative Spondylosis

mY son is only 24 and diagnoised by MRI with Minimal Degenerative Spondylosis with no acute abnormaility. He is in pain every day and is currently a grad student far from home. Are there any supplements he can take until he finishes school in May and we can get him more help. Also could this of came from a car wreck he was in??
