Suggest Treatment For Minimal Fluid In Endometrium During Postpartum
Hi doctor..have done my USG in that minimal fluid in endometrium detected...I have 2 children...now after delivery my abdomen bloated and sometimes pain in abdomen...so what are the treatment for fluid in endometrium madam....some local doctors suggested antibiotics...what to do?..need your help

There may be fluid collected in endometrial cavity sometimes postpartum it doesn't indicate any uterine pathology.only when fluid is associated with increased endometrial thickness you have to get additional investigation done to rule out any underlying pathology. A course of antibiotics will cure if any infections present.
