Suggest Treatment For Minimal Left Pleuro-diaphragmatic Adhesion?

hi! are there any treatment for Minimal Left Pleurodiaphragmatic Adhesion? unfortunately i was not hired by the agency that i was applying for due to the result of my chest xray. hoping to have an answer if i there are any treatments possible. thanks so much!
