Suggest Treatment For Minor Sunstroke

Hi I am looking for some advice. I had a minor sunstroke last night after a day of playing football (with water consumtion) but then followed by around 4 pints. I had sweats i the evening and was very red faced. I have been at work today and am feeling like my head is doing circles (very busy inside) like i m going mad. I am 24 male. Any ideas?

Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM.
Sunstroke as you mentioned symptoms might last for couple of days, keep hydrating yourself with proper amount of water, around 2 liters per day other than any other drinks you might consume. take paracetamol 500 mg 2 pills once daily might help with the headache. if symptoms persist please contact your doctor.
Best regards,
Dr. Ahmad
