Suggest Treatment For Missed Period After Flu

Hi I lost my virginity 6 days ago I was supposed to get my period yesterday and I have been sick with flu like symptoms for 5 days now. I am not sure what's going on we did use a condom and it was not so painful. I did have a little bit of blood spotting but I read that that is normal. So I'm very worried that I haven't gotten my period since its always on time And its odd that I got so sick suddenly the next day. Is there anything wrong?
