My period was in 3rd jan,i had irregular periods and have pcod,doctor prescricbe letrozole tablet from 2nd day of period for 5 days.my ovulation is on 18th day after that doctor prescribe to take naturogest sr 200 for 15 days now my period date is over,no periods ,but i had abdominal cramping,back pain,little vaginal white discharge ,breast pain,is it any pregnancy symptom

Hi,

Possibly yes. You can get your early morning urine sample tested for pregnancy. If negative then get a pelvic scan to rule out any abnormalities of ovaries and uterus.
