Suggest Treatment For Missed Period With Abdominal Cramps

I had my LST menses on the 8th of DEC somewhere between the 20-24 I had unprotected intercourse with my hubby I didn't get my menses after DAT on the 15th of Feb I did a pregnancy test which showed negative. I had taken medicine to induce menses a week before the pregnancy test was done. I still hvnt got my menses I m experiencing terrible abdominal cramps n back pain n white discharge.
