Suggest Treatment For Missed Period With Positive Sisal Test

My menstrual cycle is not yet come.b ut in previous month it was in 23rd.but I found my sisal test positive(1/320) Is consiption happened it is harmful in future.although I have taken mild fever medicine as per the doctors advice. plz help me in this regards.
