Suggest Treatment For Missed Period With Year Old IUD

hi im 20 and have the coli fitted ive had it fitted in now for 1 year never had problems before apart from heaving bleeding and nw this month gne i missed a period ive done 3 tests all neagtive and today i had a litttle! but of blood and no more blood been seen what should i do ? please could you help me thankyou
