Suggest Treatment For Missed Periods After Miscarriage

Hi i had a miscarriage 6 months ago and still no period and desparate to try again, pregnancy test is negative and had hormone test done which one of ny hormone lg was 18 and should be below 13 would this affect my periods and can i still get pregnant. Feel like i tried everything and still no period. Thanks
