Suggest Treatment For Missed Periods And Abdominal Pain

My wife had a missed abortion 3 months ago. but, till now period is not coming to her. Doctor said that the pipe through which blood circulates get weak and become thin. so, doctor advised to take ovral L medicine.After taking this tablet for 20 days, there is no difference. She feels heavy pain in her lower abdomen. So, Please suggest me what can I do?
