Suggest Treatment For Mole On The Inner Thigh

Hi . I have a mole since childhood on my upper inner thigh its colored like my skin color with a light brown top.. Today i started feeling pain when i touch or ehen i walk no pain or redness on or around it but it and it looks longer .. What could cause this pain? And do i need to see a doctor? Thanks
