Suggest Treatment For Morning Headache

Hii doctor my name is anusha ,age is 21 am suffering from morning headache from many years.....in my head left side m getting pain some time and also blurring of eyes sometime...i consulted doctor also but 5 min checkup he told migrin and gave tablets for migrin...but as I know migrin headache is like 72 hours pain but m not getting that type of pain...when I wake up at morning I will get headache after some time m fine....I would like to share the other symptoms like sudden angry and shouting for small small things , vomit sensation, sudden mood change, some times i can t hear properly ,weakness , muscle pain etc....please suggest me doctor

Hi.

I understand your concern .

Migraine has young onset / episodic / throbbing in nature / unilateral / associated with nausea and vomiting.

It is not like 72 hours pain it has variability of onset and its course.

2nd possible diagnosis is tension type headache beacuse you have anger outburst with mood changes and mood swings.

In this cases medicine like amitriptiline / flunarizine / propranalol etc can help.

Proper psychological evaluation will help.

Following investigation may help for further information .

Fundus examination / CT scan / MRI etc for confirm diagnosis.
