Suggest Treatment For Mosquito Bite Like Bumps On Each Foot

Hi, my husband has 2 identical bumps, 1 on each foot. They re on the inside of each foot, right under the ankle bone. They are itchy, a little smaller than a mosquito bite, and hard to the touch. He has no other bumps anywhere. Is this coincidence that they re in the same spot on different feet, or could it be something serious?

I really appreciate your concern, such swelling could be due to some normal kind of appearance some time could be normal lymph node, still I would request for investigation because clinical examination is the best way of diagnosis, Hope this information helps, take care.
