Suggest Treatment For Motion Sickness And Dizziness

I am 20 years old. When i was younger, I would get car sick all the time. No matter what kind of car i was riding in or who was driving. Especially longer trips than around 15 minutes. I got sick all the time. As an adult, I still experience this. Sometimes I am fine but others I am not. I get a really bad headache, I feel dizzy at times, and nausia. I tried many motion sickness pills, and "tricks" I have looked up but nothing helps. The only time it doesn't bother me is if I am driving, but if i drive too much, I will start to get a migrain. please help?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
in my opinion this dizziness and motion sickness is due to inner ear utriculosaccular system. I would recommend you to sit in front seat beside driver. and avoid watching moving object in side windows, as nystagmus develops due to constantly eye adjustment with moving object. alternatively hyoscine medication is useful in motion sickness.
