Suggest Treatment For Motion Sickness And Headache

Hi I have been feeling nauseous after 2-4 o'clock in the afternoon for the past week. It's almost a motion sick feeling, sometimes I have headaches, but for the most part, I just feel nauseous off and on. When it goes away, I feel completely fine. I haven't noticed any patterns except for the time of day.

Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

You seem to be suffering from Migraine. Try taking OTC diclofenac or ibuprofen with a prokinetic. Drink plenty of water, try to have food at regular intervals, avoid coffee/tea/fizzy drinks/chocolates and ice cream. If the symptoms persist consult your doctor.
