hello good morning sir, i m mehul from gujarat. i have problem in mouth due to chewing tabbaco and guthkha. i m 32 years old . so pl reffer me excercise and tablets for mouth . i want to fast result for my mouth. i haven t do any surgery for my mouth .sir pl.

Hi dear as you know that mouth ulcer is occurred due to tobacco so first you need to stop tobacco if not quit tobacco then treatment for it fails.
For mouth ulcer take regular folic acid tablet for twice a day.
Also do gargles with slat and hot water.
consult ENT specialist for mouth ulcer and psychiatrist for tobacco quitting.

You definitely need it checked out by a doctor. Can be infection or cancer AND simple antibiotics can clear it up if it isn't (tetracycline OR ALUM POWDER directly on it scars it over so it can heal up.. BUT only do this AFTER being cleared by a doctor).
