Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have movable lump in throat which could be due to granular pharyngitis, sore throat, enlargement of cervical lymphnode and due to other systemic conditions such as reactive hyperpleasia, lymphoid hyperplasia , any malignant pathology. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and go for examination and ultrasound study to find out extent of lesion. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump to find out the nature of lesion. You can start treatment after proper diagnosis. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Do warm saline gargles . Avoid excessive cold carbonated drinks.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
