Suggest Treatment For Mucosal Thickening In Bilateral Maxillary Sinuses

I've had hearing loss in my left ear for about 1-1/2 years now, a recent CT scan says there is mucosal thickening in the bilateral maxillary sinuses. What can be done for this?? I've been on numerous rounds of antibiotics and steroids with no relief. Would a tube in that ear help??
