Suggest Treatment For Mucus At The Back Of The Throat Causing Hoarseness

I have been told a have rhinitis but no runny nose or eyes and don t sneeze. my symptoms are mucus down back of throat leading to hoarse voice. Started this time last year , on and off and now started again. Was told by one doctor I had polyps then another I hadn t. Don t know where I am with this

Hello,
There are two possible causes for this symptom. 1. Post nasal drip( from sinus infection) 2. Excessive mucous secretion, as a result of acid reflux.You need to find out a cause .I will do a nasal endoscopy to confirm the presence or absence of polyps
