hi i have a problem in my ear it feels muffled and blocked and i get pulsating sensations i have had it for months now sometimes is worse than others i have had genticin drops and doctor says there is no infection but there was to start with i have had a tooth removed in case was that i am due to fly abroad in 2 weeks and i am worried it will cause damage

dear you may be suffering from eustachian tube block may be due to allergy or infection.get it done tympanometry,and pore tone audiometry etc.. avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid allergen use salt water gargling. tab.alday dc twice a day for five days. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
