Suggest Treatment For Multiple Bone Hemangiomas

MRI reads: Multiple bone hemangiomas (most prominent at T4, T5, and T12). There is diffuse desiccation and spondylosis. Mild disc height loss. T1-2 minimal bulging and ridge. CSF maintained around the cord. Foramina are patent. T3-4 small central protrusion and ridge contacts cord without cord displacement. Foramina are patent. T4-5 left paracentral protrusion and ridge. CSF maintained around the cord. Foramina are patent. T5-6 right paracentral protrusion with minimal cord remodeling. CSF otherwise maintained around the cord. Foramina are patent. T6-7 Tiny left paracentral protrusion ridge without cord compromise. Foramina are patent. T7-8 through T12: negative for disc herniation or stenosis, No paraspinal mass is evident. There is a small renal cyst suggested. IMPRESSION: multiple small protrusions largest at T5-6 with minimal cord remodeling. No evidence for cord edema or myelomacia.
