Suggest Treatment For Multiple Fibroids In Uterus

My wife is having mutiple fiborid. One is a subserous fibroid of 4.4*5.1cms in the anterior wall of the fundus. Another 2 small intramural fibroids of 3.3*3.6 cms and 3.2*2.7 cms seen in the anterior wall of the uterus. A large intramural fibroid of 5.5*5.0 cms seen in the lower uterine segment. I just got married 3 months ago and wanted to now the complexity of this and best treatment. Pls suggest a good doctor
