Suggest Treatment For Multiple Fractures In The Toe

Hi, i am sam, one of my friend has multiple fractures in the toe, doctors said the toe is broken in lots of pieces that it cannot be operated n brought together. will the toe heal naturally or what will be his future like. is there any way to heal the damage.
