Suggest Treatment For 'multiple Hypoechoic Masses' In Uterus

I have been reported with Multiple hypoechoic mass in my uterus. Can that be cured with medicine? What is the rate & percentage of cure? There is no indication on the outer wall of uterus till now. There is swelling in parts of uterus.This is the report of CT Scan. My age is 36 years & weigh 42 Kg. No medical history till now.
