Hello,

Lipomas are fatty tumors that are harmless. If it is getting painful then you are suggested to get it clinically examined by a GP. You can have biopsy, MRI / CT done. Surical removal will be required or not will depend on the biopsy, CT/MRI report. Avoid taking glutein, glucose intolerance may lead to bloating. Control your obesity, blood glucose level & cholesterol levels. Take antacids & PPI's, one SOS when required to get relieve from bloating.

Avoid spicy, oily food, take easily digestible food in small amounts. Get clinically assessed for umbilical hernia. Your treating doctor may suggest surgery if the intestines within the hernial sac are found to prevent or reduce intestinal movement. Surgery reduces the chances of complications.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
