Suggest Treatment For Multiple Sclerosis

Doctor,
I am suffering from Multiple Sclerosis for few years. I am taking Avonex every week. Today I am having a blurred vision in one eye. I have problem in walking too. I dont know what to do. I can only cry for the situation I have. I am from India. Doctor is there any medicine or treatment which could help me to cure my disease. Please doctor please help.
