Suggest Treatment For Muscle Above The Knee That Pulsates While Sitting Or Lying Down

Hello, I have a muscle above my right knee that pulsates when I'm sitting or laying down. It doesn't do it when walking or standing.
I also have muscles in my upper arms and shoulders that do the same, but not as frequently as the knee. Can you help? I'm 21 year old male reasonably fit & heathly
