Suggest Treatment For Muscle And Jaw Pain

Hi. I am 23 years old and have been having bad night sweats and chills for about 1 year now. I have been to a specialist and have been tested for EBV 4 times, My last test showed it is current. It has been 3 months since and still having a problem with gland pain, the sweats and muscle/joint pain,Jaw pain etc. Is there anything I could do to get answers as this is affecting my everyday life. The glands are also too small for them to do a biopsy. What should I do and how do i go about it?
