Suggest Treatment For Muscle Cramp In The Calf

I am 38y/o female, I weight 225 lbs, I am on lisinpril for hypertension, and actezolomide for inter-cranial hypertension. I have been training for a triathlon and 3 days ago suffered a severe muscle cramp in my calf. My muscle is still extremely sore and I have swelling around my ankle on that leg. Any suggestions on how to remedy this?
