Suggest Treatment For Muscle Cramps Causing Pain

hi i am 23 and have been suffering muscle cramps for about 5 years now i get these cramps in my feet legs and hands the worst are in my feet i got cramp in my foot once that bad that inbetween my toes and where bruised and i had a bruised line going along half my foot these muscle cramps in my feet are a daily thing and are very painful they can last around 10 minutes and even when i move my toes it can cause a cramp they also come on suddenly ive tried exercise but it doe not help have you got any advice???
