my symptons, muscle fatigue, muscles cramps after activities, numbness tingling in hands, neck pain, pain in upper middle back, after doing anything strenous i become fatigued, extreme hunger and thrist cold feeling, and exhausted, difficulty sleeping at night

Consult a general surgeon and evaluated.

We have to rule out possible causes like a peripheral vascular disease.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
