Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain Above The Knee

Recentally i did ESR test and it shows 38mm and my age is 29,and i married since 2 yrs.now i am planning for baby, but because of this result i am worried . i am having so much muscular pain just above the knee on both the side. i unable to walk longer, i unable to walk upstairs and downstairs easily. because this i am getting nervous all the time.
