Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain During Rainy Season

I live in Korea, where there is rainy season at the moment. I've been through many rainy seasons before, but never had any problems. But few days ago, my muscles started to ache, I find it hard to breath and I get dizzy from time to time. Is this from the humidity? Is there any help?
