Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain In Arms And Legs

Hi I am a smoker and have been getting pain in my muscles, particularly in the arms and now in the legs. If I exercise I also get quite bad muscle pain and fatigue as if I have been exercising really hard when I haven't. The pain can even last more than 24 hours. It hurts my arms if I lift them and if I carry any heavy item. Any ideas? Thanks
