Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain In Both The Arms

My ALT is 102 and my AST is 66, and my cholesterol is 250 and tryglycerides is 237 my HDL is 63, i am 50 and taking weight loss pill Phentermine 30 mg /daily- am i a high risk in liver problem, 4"11 and 138 lbs, no medical problem except i have muscle pain in both my left and right arms, my occupation is a fingerprint Technician and i do fingerprint everyday for the last five years.
