Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain Next To Collar Bone

Hi Doctor
I am suffering with musculus pain last one month at next to color bone and below Biceps musculus..and i consulted doctor,, he gave a some pain killers and calcium tablets
.when ia m using pain killers i am getting relief once i stopped again getting pains..
what is the correct solution for this? Please help me on this..
